This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and refine the logic for AI agents capable of conducting complex interactions, autonomously solving problems, and collaborating with one another.

• Create responsive, contextual chatbots, co-pilots, and humanized virtual assistants.

• Design A2A multi-agent architectures for communication, task delegation, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Develop Prompt Engineering flows and RAG pipelines using proprietary knowledge bases.

• Integrate Google models and tools, including Vertex AI and Gemini.

• Empower agents to consume external APIs, query databases, and execute actions across different systems.

• Establish conversational quality metrics and continuously iterate on model intelligence.

• Monitor the health, inference performance, and scalability of agents in production, ensuring high availability and efficiency of the architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and specialization in the relevant field.

• Exceptional proficiency in Python, focusing on object-oriented and asynchronous development.

• Extensive experience in creating and maintaining robust APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Advanced practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Langflow.

• Hands-on experience with Google AI APIs, particularly Gemini and Vertex AI.

• Solid understanding of Agentic AI, ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, and A2A flows.

• Experience in implementing and optimizing vector databases, such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or pgvector.

• Practical experience in observability, log management, and metrics in production using Grafana.

• Familiarity with orchestrating environments and containers via Rancher.

• Preferred: knowledge of Ragas, TruLens, or LangSmith; Model Context Protocol (MCP); persistent memory and context management; optimization of latency and token consumption.
