This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and manage generative AI agents in a production environment: multi-agent architectures, orchestration, tool calling, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop (HITL).

• Develop machine learning models for predictive modeling, covering everything from feature engineering to production monitoring.

• Structure and enhance pipelines based on data lakehouse architecture, supplying models and agents.

• Implement systematic evaluation of GenAI systems: evaluations, quality metrics, and cost assessments.

• Transform healthcare business challenges into robust, observable, and sustainable AI solutions, with a focus on privacy and compliance with LGPD.

• Engage in end-to-end processes, from understanding business problems and designing solutions to development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous evolution in production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Python in a production setting.

• Proven track record with generative AI in production, including the construction, deployment, and management of agents using LLMs via API.

• Proficiency in agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or equivalent.

• Experience in applied ML: predictive modeling, validation, tuning, and deployment.

• Familiarity with data lakehouse technologies like Delta Lake, Iceberg, or similar, and large-scale data processing.

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GCS).

• Additional assets: experience in the healthcare sector; orchestration of workflows with Airflow, Kestra, Dagster, or similar; production-level MCP, RAG, and observability of LLMs; integration of agents in conversational channels like WhatsApp Business API.

• Preference for deterministic pipelines where applicable.

• Ownership mindset: track what is built in production.

• Direct communication and pragmatism.
