This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Build and industrialize AI agents, ensuring scalability, security, and integration within the BV ecosystem.

• Develop advanced prompts and logic for the agents, ensuring adherence to business rules and performance standards.

• Operationalize AI models in productive pipelines, with governance and observability.

• Integrate agents with core corporate tools, such as Jira and SharePoint, as well as internal systems.

• Collaborate with Software Engineering for robust architecture and the expansion of AI knowledge.

• Support the evaluation and prioritization of AI use cases, considering impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with the bank's stack.

• Connect experimentation to practical application.

• Identify automation and AI opportunities within analyzed workflows.

• Structure use cases into input → processing → output logic.

• Validate technical and regulatory feasibility with Engineering and Architecture.

• Monitor pilots and assess success criteria prior to scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as an AI Engineer with a focus on agent creation.

• Proficiency in generative AI tools, including ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, crewAI, agentspace, agentengine, LLMs, low-code workflow solutions, and RAG.

• Knowledge of APIs, integration, and orchestration.

• Experience in agent creation.

• Understanding of prompt structures and task-oriented model refinement.
