Engagement Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the scoping, quoting, and contracting processes for client and partner engagements.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, partners, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of engagements.

• Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis, guaranteeing responsiveness during critical incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in engagement coordination, contracting, or roles that involve client interaction.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
