This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee and coordinate the process of scoping, quoting, and contracting for client and partner engagements.
β’ Engage in scoping calls and document detailed technical notes to aid in contract formulation.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact between clients, partners, and technical teams to guarantee smooth execution of engagements.
β’ Convert client requirements and incident specifics into actionable service scopes that adhere to cybersecurity best practices.
β’ Assist in sales and effort estimation during the pre-engagement stages.
β’ Aid in the development of Statements of Work (SoWs) while fostering strong relationships with decision-makers to facilitate seamless contract signoff.
β’ Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and support during client and partner engagements.
β’ Offer after-hours support on a rotational basis, ensuring prompt responsiveness during critical incidents.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
β’ Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Experience in supporting executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
β’ Flexibility to work varied hours in a 24/7/365 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.
β’ Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
β’ Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry or technical incident support is a plus.
β’ Day job with an on-call rotation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
