Engagement Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the process of scoping, quoting, and contracting for client and partner engagements.

• Engage in scoping calls and document detailed technical notes to aid in contract formulation.

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, partners, and technical teams to guarantee smooth execution of engagements.

• Convert client requirements and incident specifics into actionable service scopes that adhere to cybersecurity best practices.

• Assist in sales and effort estimation during the pre-engagement stages.

• Aid in the development of Statements of Work (SoWs) while fostering strong relationships with decision-makers to facilitate seamless contract signoff.

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services and support during client and partner engagements.

• Offer after-hours support on a rotational basis, ensuring prompt responsiveness during critical incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience in supporting executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Flexibility to work varied hours in a 24/7/365 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of an on-call rotation.

• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry or technical incident support is a plus.
