Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead engagement efforts and cultivate relationships with clients throughout the MENA region, driving discussions around compliance and negotiations.

• Examine intricate investigation data to uncover trends, produce actionable insights, and guide campaign strategies, all while maintaining the integrity of CRM data.

• Oversee the lead development process by refining and executing strategies to discover and qualify new compliance opportunities.

• Create and uphold detailed campaign documentation and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability in processes.

• Deliver strategic analysis and reports to stakeholders regarding campaign performance and adapting business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer engagement, sales, account management, or business development.

• Proven experience utilizing CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to oversee customer pipelines and report on performance metrics.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools (e.g., Google Sheets) for conducting data analysis and reporting.

• Professional working proficiency in English, with exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take responsibility for results in a dynamic environment.

• Candidates must currently reside in the MENA region and possess professional proficiency in both French and Arabic to qualify.
