Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Member Outreach & Relationship Development: Implement phone-based engagement strategies aimed at enhancing member retention. You will foster trust through consistent, empathetic communication.

• Strategic Implementation: Execute customized engagement plans intended to boost member involvement in health plan benefits and wellness programs.

• Feedback & Insight Collection: Listen attentively to members to identify challenges, gather feedback on services, and uncover opportunities to enhance our provider network and care delivery.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure that engagement strategies align with the organization's overarching goals.

• Issue Resolution: Act as a professional initial point of contact to address member inquiries, concerns, or complex issues promptly and compassionately.

⛳️ Requirements

• Linguistic Proficiency: Native-level English fluency is mandatory. You must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.

• Interpersonal Abilities: An innate capacity to quickly build rapport over the phone and handle sensitive conversations with patience and professionalism.

• No Industry Preference: Previous experience in the medical or healthcare sector is not necessary. We prioritize your communication skills and ability to connect with individuals; we will provide the essential industry training.

• Problem-Solving Approach: Capability to think quickly and resolve member issues while maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude.

• Organizational Proficiency: Skilled in managing outreach schedules and accurately documenting member interactions in a CRM or database.

• **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:**

• Internet Connection:

- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**.

- Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**.

- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:

- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

- A minimum of **8 GB RAM**.
