This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for External Experts, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company policies, relevant laws, and industry regulations.
• Create and manage contracts using approved templates while collaborating with business owners and external parties to finalize agreements that meet GSK’s ethical and legal standards.
• Assist the business in preparing budget estimates for activity-based planning, encompassing expert fees, travel, accommodation, meals, logistics, and transportation.
• Act as the main liaison for internal and external stakeholders during engagement and event execution.
• Initiate and oversee payment processes, including purchase orders and invoices, ensuring they are completed through to final payment.
• Maintain documentation in line with compliance and retention standards to ensure audit readiness.
• Contribute to initiatives for process improvement and standardization by sharing insights and implementing best practices.
• Support onboarding activities for HCPs and HCOs within GSK systems to facilitate a smooth engagement experience.
• Collaborate across departments with internal stakeholders to guarantee timely execution of educational and engagement activities.
• A graduate or equivalent degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred; or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn about contract processes and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, and basic financial reconciliation.
• Proven integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical standards.
• Basic analytical skills for monitoring budgets and ensuring data quality.
• Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and French is essential.
