Engagement Manager, SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Onboard like an expert: Provide impactful onboarding experiences for new SMB clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a swift path to value.

• Foster product usage on a large scale: Leverage data to proactively identify and engage customers, assisting them in unlocking essential features.

• Manage account health: Monitor usage to identify potential risks, balancing high-touch interactions with a scalable approach.

• Resolve issues promptly: Step in to assist users when challenges arise, coordinating with technical teams as necessary.

• Standardize effective practices: Assist in designing and refining a scalable Customer Success strategy that accommodates thousands of users.

• Advocate for the customer perspective: Highlight key trends and collaborate with Product and Sales to influence the roadmap and enhance go-to-market messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer or stakeholder-facing position, such as Consultancy, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or a related field.

• You thrive on meeting new people and pass that enthusiasm on through your interactions.
