Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Practice Manager while overseeing a team of consultants and analysts.

• Successfully execute comprehensive NetSuite implementations for clients from start to finish.

• Maintain a utilization target as a proactive Manager involved in hands-on activities.

• Collaborate with other Engagement Managers to expand the NetSuite practice and enhance processes.

• Act as the Client's representative throughout the engagement process.

• Assist in facilitating discovery sessions and gathering requirements during workshops.

• Provide guidance to clients on standard functionalities and best practices.

• Work alongside technical peers to develop tailored solutions.

• Oversee scope and requirements management while adhering to budget constraints.

• Lead complete NetSuite implementation projects throughout their lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Over 6 years of practical experience in NetSuite configuration, consulting, or administration, including 8 full life cycle implementations.

• NetSuite certifications are strongly preferred, such as ERP Consultant and Administrator.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management abilities.

• Strong organizational, project management, and time management competencies.

• Proficient in managing interactions with clients and team members, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid background in finance/accounting, supply chain management, consulting services, and/or industry-specific expertise.

• Capable of designing comprehensive solutions using SuiteCloud Platform tools (SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk).

• Extensive knowledge of data migration plans and procedures, with hands-on experience in executing Go-Live cutover data loads.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, demonstrating mature judgment.

• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual setting and comfortably lead onsite conference workshops.

• Experience managing a team of 5 or more consultants across multiple projects.
