This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the customer program from start to finish: starting with the contract signing and leading through to expansion. Your focus is on outcomes rather than activities, ensuring that every engagement you manage has a single responsible owner (you), defined milestones, and a rhythm that keeps all parties (internally and externally) aligned as the program manager.
• Collaborate with the account team to guarantee that each engagement is structured for excellence, aligning what has been sold with what can be effectively executed.
• Lead the delivery team (which includes our Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams) for customer engagements. Allocate resources where they will yield the highest value and maintain program timelines across milestones, communication with stakeholders, and account health.
• Build trust at all levels: from C-suite executives to data scientists operating models in production. You bridge the gap between strategic objectives and everyday delivery.
• Facilitate solution discussions: link how Domino constructs, scales, and governs AI to the results that customer leadership genuinely values. You operate as an equal partner, not merely a vendor.
• Ensure successful adoption: drive deployment, training, and change management so that the solutions your team delivers are utilized effectively rather than left unused.
• Transform customer engagements into opportunities for growth in collaboration with customer success and sales — proactively identifying new use cases and expansion possibilities, qualifying them, and channeling them back to internal teams to enhance the pipeline.
• Represent the customer's perspective within Domino: translate field insights into product feedback, escalations, and commercial indicators that enhance the overall team’s knowledge.
• 3–5 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role: such as implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product management. The depth and complexity of your experience are more important than the job title.
• A background in life sciences, where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are critical, is a significant advantage.
• You take initiative even when the problem isn't fully articulated: comfortable navigating situations where the customer struggles to define the issue and treating uncertainty as the starting point.
• You convert ambiguous executive discussions into actionable plans: linking model development, deployment, and governance without losing sight of what truly matters.
• You possess sufficient knowledge about how enterprise data science teams build, scale, and govern models to ask insightful questions before the customer recognizes the need for answers.
• You take real ownership of delivery throughout entire cycles, rather than merely coordinating efforts. You maintain an execution rhythm, stand firm when challenges arise, and avoid creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Technically adept in software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems: able to engage hands-on when necessary and quickly learn new domains.
• Naturally solutions-oriented. You escalate issues with a proposed solution, rather than merely presenting a problem, and seek to leverage AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Equity
• Company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses
• 401(k) plan
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits
• Wellness stipends
