This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison for client leadership, which includes IT, functional leaders, and executive sponsors.
• Establish trusted relationships and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the engagement process.
• Oversee the complete delivery of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Manage the scope, budget, timeline, and risks associated with various engagements.
• Assist clients in navigating transformations in Student, HCM, and Finance systems.
• 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or the delivery of enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience in leading client-facing engagements.
• In-depth understanding of Higher Education operations, including the student lifecycle, academic structures, and administrative functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Student Information Systems (SIS), or ERPs.
