This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Drive top-tier B2C sales in the medical device sector by employing sophisticated sales strategies to meet annual revenue goals within the territory.
• Oversee the Mid South territory, which includes Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas.
• Engagement Managers play a critical role in territory sales strategies, serving as the authority on Cochlear products for candidates and professional partners.
• Showcase solutions to promote Cochlear’s product line through the cultivation of candidates and the introduction of new products.
• Execute localized consumer marketing initiatives and nurturing strategies aimed at expanding the market for Cochlear implantable technologies.
• Lead, develop, and motivate mentoring volunteers.
• Facilitate candidate communications through various channels, including in-person meetings, virtual engagements, emails, and phone calls.
• Report issues using the Cochlear complaint management system, ensuring detailed descriptions for B2B follow-up and resolution when necessary.
• Exhibit sales and business acumen to spot market opportunities and assess competitive positioning.
• Ensure compliance with Cochlear policies, laws, and regulations in all sales activities within the designated territory.
• Keep precise records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Capability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle based on territory coverage needs.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight trips and weekends.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong computer skills with experience in various software applications, including Microsoft Suite and web-based tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong presentation skills, and adaptability in messaging for different audiences.
• Demonstrated reliability in following through on commitments and taking ownership of actions and decisions.
• Collaborative approach to projects, valuing diverse input.
• Capable of identifying solutions and challenging conventional methods to develop innovative solutions.
• Proven experience working collaboratively and positively within a team setting.
