📋 Description

• Implement top-tier B2C sales strategies for medical devices utilizing advanced sales techniques.

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to meet annual sales revenue goals.

• Provide support for the Cochlear territory in Chicago.

• Act as the expert on Cochlear products, engaging with candidates and professional partners.

• Execute local consumer marketing and candidate nurturing initiatives to expand the market for Cochlear implantable technology.

• Organize and implement events aimed at fostering candidate growth.

• Cultivate strategic community partnerships and enhance consumer support for professional partners.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate volunteer mentors.

• Facilitate candidate communication through multiple channels.

• Log issues in the Cochlear complaint management system, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

• Exhibit sales and business insight to pinpoint market opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the designated territory.

• Ensure adherence to Cochlear policies, legal requirements, and regulations throughout sales activities.

• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer engagements.

• Collaborate with B2B team members to provide product education.

• Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.

• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

• Capacity to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

• Valid and current driver's license required.

• Must have access to a dependable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight stays and weekends.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Strong computer skills with experience in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple, shifting priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills, capable of tailoring messaging to different audiences.

• Demonstrated commitment to follow through on responsibilities and accountability for actions and decisions.

• Collaborative approach to projects, valuing diverse input.

• Ability to identify innovative solutions and challenge existing norms to achieve creative outcomes.

• Proven track record of working positively and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, establishing professional relationships and fostering open communication within the department and across cross-functional teams.
