Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure that services are delivered, implemented accurately, and billed promptly.

• Collaborate across functions during the sales process, owning the service components of deals, including presentations, RFP responses, and proposal/SOW creation.

• Engage with sales representatives and leadership during both pre-sales and post-sales (delivery) phases, taking responsibility for concluding services-only sales cycles.

• Act as a primary contact for clients regarding issues and escalations.

• Oversee the financial aspects of multiple projects, focusing on profitability and productivity to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the Resourcing Management Office (RMO) to strategically align and deploy team members based on project needs.

• Execute end-to-end project management for client engagements.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation (scope, status, schedule, budget, risk forecasting, issues) in designated repositories.

• Provide strategic performance updates on clients to SailPoint Senior Management and deliver regular status reports to account teams and Sales Managers.

• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure ongoing customer success throughout the entire implementation process.

• Identify new opportunities to enhance SailPoint product and service utilization to drive client success and revenue growth for SailPoint.

• Support direct reports in their career progression by offering consistent feedback, coaching, and guidance on personal development.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment (preferably with Cyber Security/identity experience, though not mandatory).

• 3+ years of experience in project management.

• 1+ years of experience in people management.

• Outstanding mentorship and leadership abilities with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in project management tasks (including project planning, budgeting, scope definition, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and risk management).

• Excellent communication skills and a wealth of experience in working with clients and partners.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience collaborating with Sales and Clients to define the scope of services projects for enterprise software.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
