Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Oversee tactical project management responsibilities and sales initiatives to implement SailPoint solutions.

• Gain insight into responsibilities by shadowing experienced managers and taking charge of designated projects.

• Assume responsibility for engagement scoping, client interactions, internal team coordination, and escalation assistance.

• Manage the entirety of customer engagements, set clear expectations, and serve as a trusted advisor to colleagues.

• Ensure that services are delivered accurately and invoiced correctly.

• Collaborate across departments during the sales process and oversee the financial aspects of multiple projects.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation while providing strategic updates to Senior Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment.

• More than 3 years of experience in project management.

• At least 1 year of experience in people management.

• Outstanding mentorship and leadership capabilities with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Proficient in project management tasks (including project planning, budgeting, scope, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and risk management).

• Strong communication skills and a wealth of experience working with clients and partners.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience collaborating with Sales to define services projects for enterprise software.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.
