Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Responsible to the Principal for the successful execution of designated GWCP project(s)

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers on the client side

• Create and implement engagement strategies that enhance customer success

• Lead projects to achieve success within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget

• Take complete ownership of the financial outcomes of customer engagements

• Track financial metrics and apply strategies to ensure profitability

• Establish and direct governance frameworks for customer engagements

• Champion customer requirements and participate in initiatives for ongoing improvement

• Outstanding ability to communicate and influence C-level executives

• Strong proficiency in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans that align with customer objectives

• In-depth understanding of business operations, financial management, and organizational dynamics

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and promote a collaborative environment

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex situations and formulate effective solutions

• Robust sales expertise with an entrepreneurial approach

• Familiarity with the Guidewire catalog and its capabilities at a high level

• Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud and maintenance of AWS certification

• Understanding of the Insurance Industry relevant to the country/region of operation
