Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Serving as the main contact for assigned clients, cultivating trust and establishing robust, long-lasting relationships.

• Partnering with clients to comprehend their business requirements, pinpoint automation possibilities, and create a definitive roadmap for success.

• Overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from pre-sales and scoping through implementation and post-launch support.

• Managing project teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client expectations.

• Actively managing client expectations by effectively communicating project progress, risks, and issues.

• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and client satisfaction.

• Recognizing and nurturing new business opportunities within current client accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in a client-facing position, preferably within the enterprise software/SaaS or IT services/consulting sector.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate projects from start to finish.

• A solid understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation principles is advantageous.
