Engagement Manager, AI Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main liaison for clients and partners during the implementation of AI projects.

• Assist clients in converting business needs into effective AI deployment strategies by utilizing QVAC capabilities.

• Collaborate with the Expansion team in identifying AI-related opportunities by providing insights on feasibility, integration complexity, and delivery methods.

• Oversee the complete coordination of QVAC-based implementations from the initial kickoff to production deployment.

• Outline implementation roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across AI models, infrastructure, and integration layers.

• Monitor progress across multiple simultaneous AI deployments, ensuring on-time delivery and readiness for production settings.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to align on QVAC capabilities, limitations, and the evolution of the roadmap.

• Facilitate the integration of client systems with QVAC components.

• Establish and uphold governance frameworks that include implementation plans, risk tracking, and decision logs.

• Create executive summaries that highlight progress, risks, obstacles, and forthcoming steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, technical account management, or delivery roles within AI, data infrastructure, or complex technology settings.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional implementations with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.

• Strong capability to operate at the intersection of technical and business areas.

• Familiarity with AI/ML deployment concepts, such as model inference, edge/local AI, and distributed computing architectures.

• Understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and system architecture patterns.

• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams while maintaining clarity at the business level with clients.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with enterprise or government entities.

• Methodical approach to project tracking, documentation, and governance.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and function in rapidly evolving, early-stage environments.

• Experience with decentralized technologies, blockchain, or privacy-preserving systems (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with AI infrastructure tooling or MLOps workflows (Nice to Have).

• Experience in regulated industries or public sector projects (Nice to Have).

• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting environments (Python, APIs, CLI tools) (Nice to Have).
