This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for Engagement Management by prioritizing client relationships and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, thus enhancing business growth within the portfolio.
• Exhibits professionalism and leadership while representing TTEC Digital to both customers and vendors.
• Serves as an Executive Sponsor for various projects and programs, steering complex, strategic initiatives.
• Takes ownership, plans, and leads Enterprise Projects & Programs across intricate, large-scale transformation engagements.
• Manages collaboration between North America (NA) and Global Delivery Centers (Nearshore / Offshore), ensuring work cohesion and executing measurable outcomes regarding offshore contributions to business.
• Achieves or surpasses billable expectations set by management (up to 25%).
• Manages Profit/Loss for a portfolio of projects, focusing on contribution margin & realization while ensuring adherence to the company budget.
• Oversees and directs the successful delivery of multiple concurrent programs, maintaining a sharp focus on scope, client objectives, budget, and timelines to guarantee both Client and Project Success.
• Conducts detailed delivery reviews, provides feedback, ensures quality, mitigates risks, and offers mentoring and guidance across multiple programs while addressing risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Takes charge of managing and resolving customer escalations through issue analysis, root cause examination, stakeholder expectation management, and bridging gaps.
• Enhances Customer Satisfaction & Reference-ability by acting as a trusted advisor and leading by example.
• Collaborates with the VP of Consulting & Delivery and VP of PMO to execute strategic process improvement initiatives, including new tool and template implementation, delivery excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement in estimation processes.
• Works alongside Capability Directors and Managers, PMO on effective project staffing, resource management, feedback, bookings, hiring strategies, and skills development.
• Partners with Sales and PSAs on SOWs, estimation reviews, approvals, best practices for sales/delivery collaboration, and process enhancements in sales/delivery collaboration.
• Provides leadership and coaching, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, high performance, resourcefulness, and ethical conduct.
• Delivers thought leadership, subject matter expertise, and insights into consulting and delivery industry best practices.
• This role entails guiding, providing feedback, and ensuring accountability among all resources (PMs, PSAs, Seniors, Consultants, Associates, etc.) across various projects and programs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred—equivalent experience will be considered.
• Over 10 years of enterprise delivery experience, including leading or managing large programs ($3M+, 12-15 months+ duration, 15+ team members), preferably utilizing Microsoft tools.
• At least 5 years of engagement management experience; experience in client-partner, sales portfolio, or account management is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading or collaborating with offshore teams is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency and/or certification in Project Management and various Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc., is preferred.
• The employee is expected to travel to business and customer locations, both locally and/or nationally, up to 30% of the time.
• Demonstrated experience in managing delivery portfolios exceeding $10M and in leading and managing multiple concurrent large, complex data transformation programs. Global experience is preferred.
• More than 8 years of software implementation experience related to data transformation and data warehousing, ideally in a consulting/professional services context.
• Over 8 years of experience in software implementation involving enterprise application modernization, cloud-native development, API/integration programs, and digital platform initiatives, preferably in a consulting/professional services environment.
• At least 8 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud transformation delivery, including Azure migrations, landing zone implementations, hybrid networking, identity/security programs, and operational modernization, preferably in a consulting/professional services setting.
