Engagement Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and implement effective strategies to improve our customers’ FP&A setup using Aleph.

• Build enduring, trust-based relationships with our clients.

• Track essential usage metrics, pinpoint growth opportunities, and enhance Aleph’s overall impact.

• Influence the product's future by integrating customer feedback into our product and engineering teams, while providing strategic advice on its development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, or Technical Implementation.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets modeling.

• You possess an ownership mindset and are eager to embrace responsibility.

• You excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• You have a strong passion for collaborating closely with clients.

• You are comfortable working within a remote team setting.

• A year of experience at an early-stage tech startup is preferred.
