This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage both electronic and physical filing systems for applications, rebates, and other related documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with other departments to provide excellent service to customers.

• Perform data entry into various database applications with a strong focus on detail and near-perfect accuracy.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle calls in a customer-oriented environment.

• Protect confidential customer information diligently.

• Be willing to assist with any departmental programs as assigned.

• Carry out additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Must reside in Pennsylvania.

• Availability to work an 8-hour shift as assigned between 7 am and 6 pm.

• At least 2 years of prior experience in customer service and data entry is required.

• Self-driven and highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.

• Results-oriented and able to collaborate across all organizational levels to fulfill commitments and achieve goals.

• Capable of meeting deadlines while adjusting to changing priorities and evolving business demands.

• Proficient in various Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, OneNote, and Teams; experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong interest in sustainability and a passion for making a positive impact on the environment.
