This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Analyze energy and operational data from BMS, Plant Control systems, measuring devices, and digital platforms.
• Develop and monitor energy KPIs, trends, baselines, and benchmarks.
• Identify inefficiencies, anomalies, and optimization opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Support the validation and tracking of improvements in energy performance.
• Define and validate control strategies for HVAC, chiller plants, and integrated systems.
• Contribute to commissioning, retro-commissioning, and functional optimization activities.
• Manage the onboarding of machines and facilities onto the IoT Abound platform.
• Configure connectivity architectures, gateways, protocols, data points, and signal mapping.
• Diagnose connectivity issues, data loss, and information inconsistencies.
• Support energy audits, identification, and quantification of Energy Conservation Measures.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and performance summaries.
• Contribute to data models, connection standards, best practices, and digitalization roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service in pre-sales and delivery activities.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Technical diploma, preferably in electronics, electrotechnics, or thermotechnics.
• Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent.
• Experience in building automation, HVAC controls, energy management, or energy data analysis.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and energy plants.
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS/DDC architectures.
• Experience in energy audits and energy efficiency assessments.
• Familiarity with IoT architectures applied to Building Automation.
• Experience or exposure to digital platforms for energy monitoring and analytics.
• Knowledge of energy standards and guidelines such as ASHRAE and ISO 50001 (preferable).
• Familiarity with digital tools for reporting, intervention management, CRM, or ERP.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Residence preferably in Lombardy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
