Energy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assess and validate essential customer metrics across various data management systems.

• Collaborate directly with processing and payables partners to address data integrity concerns.

• Supervise, organize, and lead data analysis to generate insights.

• Develop rate models for comprehensive analysis.

• Execute and oversee daily/monthly nominations and confirmations related to natural gas.

• Liaise with pipeline representatives as necessary and provide guidance to Energy Advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required (preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or Engineering).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the energy market.

• Previous work experience in consultancy or professional services is preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI).

• Familiarity with North American energy power or natural gas markets.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Driven to continuously enhance processes and tools.

• Results-focused project management and organizational abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent time management skills.
