This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Deliver personalized and continuous support to property owners and contractors to facilitate project conversion and ensure contract compliance (approximately 60%)
• Address technical inquiries and offer guidance on installation requirements, modifications, configurations, and enhancements according to client specifications (10%)
• Execute rebate processing, data entry, QA/QC support, and documentation review (15%)
• Accurately document customer and contractor interactions to fulfill program tracking and reporting requirements (10%)
• Occasionally travel within designated areas to meet program needs (5%)
• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience accompanied by a Bachelor’s degree, OR a combination of education, training, and work experience
• Experience in technical, sales, and/or customer service (preferred)
• Strong enthusiasm for residential energy efficiency, building science fundamentals, and customer education
• Proficiency in navigating CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and standard digital communication tools
• A passion for assisting customers in understanding their energy consumption and successfully completing their upgrade projects
