This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate as a key member of the Vulnerability Management Team.
• Accountable for all phases of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)/Intune planning, installation, deployment, and maintenance associated with Vulnerability Management and Patching.
• Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance, upgrades, operations, and configurations for all workstation hardware and software patching and updates.
• Execute the implementation, administration, and configuration of the SCCM/Intune Enterprise environment.
• Package, test, and apply patches and security updates for all supported Operating Systems.
• Offer technical expertise, guidance, and strategic insights to other IT teams.
• Develop, implement, and advocate for standard operating procedures and schedules.
• Conduct audits of hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Five years of pertinent technical experience in mid-level systems administration activities.
• At least two years of relevant technical experience with SCCM and Intune.
• US Citizenship is mandatory.
• Knowledge of IT architecture and its capabilities.
• Proven understanding of software and hardware vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with principles and best practices related to SCCM, Azure, and Intune Policy Management.
• Skilled in completing daily tasks and project activities with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to make decisive actions.
• Capability to work independently without direct supervision to remain focused on tasks.
• Strong proficiency in Tenable One Vulnerability Management.
• Robust knowledge of the latest version of SCCM CB, Office 365 application usage, Intune/Azure experience, current Windows OS versions regarding deployment and patch distribution, Windows 11 desktop feature upgrades, application packaging & scripting (experience with InstallShield and/or PatchMyPC preferred), desktop patching, Intune Policy management, and a solid grasp of PowerShell scripting (with a focus on application installs/uninstalls).
