This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries submitted through the service desk (ServiceNow).
• Supervise the CrowdStrike detection queue and deliver Tier 1 support for endpoint security questions.
• Conduct initial triage of low-to-medium severity alerts using defined mini-playbooks.
• Precisely document findings and classify detections as Benign, an Event, or requiring escalation.
• Forward complex technical challenges, unresolved user issues, and potential Incidents to senior Endpoint Security Operators for further investigation and response.
• Support senior operators by generating pre-defined compliance reports, tracking task completion within the ticketing system, and assisting in maintaining precise records for auditing purposes.
• At least one to two years of experience in an IT help desk, customer support, or a similar administrative role.
• Must be eligible to obtain a DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification within 6 months of employment.
• An Associate's degree in a relevant discipline or two years of equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum Security Clearance required: Secret.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
• Capability to adhere to established procedures and checklists with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities for initial problem evaluation and categorization.
• Proficient in standard desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat).
• Help Desk Experience: Previous experience with enterprise ticketing systems, especially ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with fundamental host-based security tools and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with MS Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint for documentation and team collaboration.
