Endpoint Management QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Take a pivotal role in the design, execution, and enhancement of deployment validation processes across both Windows and macOS platforms.

• Assist in discovering opportunities to automate testing workflows and adopt industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in administering Microsoft Intune within enterprise settings.

• Proficient in administering Jamf Pro.

• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms and MDM solutions.

• Proven experience in validating software deployments in Windows and macOS environments.

• Capability to troubleshoot deployment failures and analyze logs effectively.

• Background in designing, refining, and documenting operational processes.

• Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Understanding of Windows Autopilot and device enrollment processes.

• Experience in creating repeatable testing and validation protocols.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
