đź“‹ Description

• The U.S. ION® Endoluminal Territory Associate is accountable to the U.S. ION® Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM).

• This role is essential for the initial adoption of the Ion® platform, aimed at enhancing access to minimally invasive lung biopsy care.

• The individual will primarily concentrate on supporting early sustainable users and programs, as well as cultivating key opinion leaders (KOLs) and initiatives that can emphasize the early clinical, economic, and strategic advantages of ION®.

• Deliver procedural assistance to new users to ensure safety and promote effective progression through their learning curves.

• Assist in training activities, which include in-services, training labs, attending first case series, and the development of teams and programs.

• Establish expertise in the pulmonary oncology domain.

• Collaborate with ESRs to work with senior hospital personnel and key physicians in creating and implementing a strategy to successfully integrate Ion® at new customer locations, ensuring ongoing commitment and utilization of the system.

• Facilitate the capture of critical user and procedural data to develop effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.

• Work in partnership with local daVinci sales teams to guarantee consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Diligently manage administrative duties, including SFDC management, expense report submissions, and more.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, leadership, or a clinical setting is necessary.

• Proven capability to handle complexity and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% and be located near a major airline hub is required.

• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy environment is advantageous.
