Endoluminal Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide procedural assistance to new users to enhance safety and ensure effective progress through their learning experiences.

• Collaborate with senior hospital personnel and key physicians to formulate and implement a strategy for the successful integration of Ion® at new customer locations, guaranteeing ongoing commitment to and use of the system.

• Work strategically with all pertinent stakeholders to drive utilization and broaden access to current ION accounts.

• Facilitate the capture of vital user and procedural data to develop effective QTI and benchmarking metrics.

• Partner closely with the ESM and Marketing teams to create Ion Catalyst Programs driven by the clinical, economic, and strategic validation and impact of ION® initiatives.

• Oversee all related activities, including case observations, training labs, participation in initial case series, and the development of teams and programs.

• Become a clinical expert in relevant fields (Pulmonology, Oncology, Interventional Radiology, and the integration of Thoracic Treatment).

• Collaborate with daVinci local sales teams, leadership, and Key Accounts to ensure consistent alignment and communication with both internal and external stakeholders while executing market strategy in major MSAs.

• Manage administrative responsibilities, including SFDC management, expense report submissions, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare sales.

• Proven ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 60% and reside near a major airline hub.

• Familiarity with the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy field is advantageous.

• Proficiency in both English and German is mandatory.
