Endoluminal Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and nurture the clinical team within their designated region.

• Oversee the rollout of the ION system programs.

• Enhance the utilization of ION procedures across all current accounts.

• Supervise the training and educational initiatives within the established base.

• Facilitate the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) throughout the region.

• Provide the clinical sales team with updates on new products and information regarding existing offerings.

• Collaborate with training and marketing teams to execute new strategies and programs as instructed by senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A proven history in ION® sales or a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical sales management is essential.

• Extensive understanding of the Operating Room and Endoscopy environment.

• Established experience in selling medical capital equipment.

• Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team within the medical device sector.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in computer usage.
