End to End Saturation Support Assistant, Content Moderation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete process of saturation listings, which includes Detection, Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization.

• Recognize and identify saturation listings on various e-commerce and online platforms.

• Execute comprehensive cleansing and investigation of identified listings to ascertain whether they are counterfeit or legitimate, following established guidelines.

• Precisely classify each listing and ensure that all pertinent information is accurately documented and reported to the client.

• Maintain steady and professional communication with the client regarding findings, updates, and any necessary clarifications.

• Ensure that weekly Saturation Detection outputs are processed and finalized within the stipulated timeline.

• Conduct Cleansing, Investigation, and Categorization tasks effectively using the Unified View system to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTENT MODERATOR

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities

• Keen attention to detail

• Capability to work with minimal supervision

• Experience in back-office/data entry roles

• Familiarity with repetitive tasks

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment

• Basic understanding of databases

• Must be proficient in performing Detection, Cleansing, and Investigation tasks

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
