Enablement Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams within Kofax to design strategic enablement programs and impactful training initiatives that are directly aligned with the attainment of corporate strategic goals.

• Create and oversee the effective implementation of Sales Enablement strategies and supplementary programs in partnership with regional Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Field & Channel Marketing, Presales, Channel Sales, and Strategic Alliances.

• Work closely with Product Marketing and Industry Marketing to identify and develop comprehensive enablement programs that facilitate the launch of significant product releases and new business solutions.

• Ensure that Sales Enablement programs are comprehensible and positively received by intended audiences.

• For each sales enablement initiative or program, collaborate with the cross-functional team to identify the optimal content development strategy and sales-focused education and training.

• Provide programs and services that help new Sales hires reach productivity in less than nine months, while also supporting and mentoring them throughout their onboarding journey.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the sales learning experience and explore innovative delivery techniques.

• Assess and report on the effectiveness of Sales Enablement investments and the programs implemented.

• Address internal Sales Enablement inquiries and ensure all factors and requirements are considered when making recommendations for new projects that affect business systems, processes, procedures, and policies.

• Develop an effective methodology for capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing new requests for changes to systems, processes, and policies.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
