This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the onboarding journey for new med spa partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process.
• Conduct high-quality, in-person training sessions on Sunbit’s patient financing solutions, specifically tailored for aesthetic services.
• Modify and personalize training materials to meet the distinctive requirements of each med spa merchant.
• Lead engaging, informative, and interactive training sessions that enhance understanding and encourage adoption.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Sunbit’s patient financing product, including ongoing updates and improvements.
• Act as a reliable subject matter expert, proactively responding to inquiries and resolving partner issues.
• Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within med spa organizations.
• Provide continuous support and strategic follow-up to enhance client satisfaction and optimize product usage.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback to pinpoint opportunities for ongoing enhancement in both products and training.
• Meticulously track training activities, partner engagements, and progress within Salesforce.
• Supply regular updates and insights to leadership regarding training effectiveness, partner performance, and satisfaction metrics.
• 4–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, training, or similar client-facing roles within the med spa or aesthetics sector.
• Experience with med spa practices, aesthetic providers, or patient financing solutions is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and training or enablement tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to driving partner success and satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to adapt to changing business demands.
