This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement thorough enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue-oriented teams.
• Create onboarding curricula for new employees that enhance the speed of productivity.
• Develop continuous training initiatives that ensure teams stay informed about new products, features, messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Establish certification programs and learning pathways that reinforce essential skills and knowledge.
• Deliver training via various formats including live sessions, self-paced learning, workshops, and hands-on practice.
• Utilize AI tools to craft more engaging, personalized, and scalable learning experiences.
• Develop and sustain a repository of enablement content such as playbooks, battle cards, talk tracks, demo guides, and case studies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert positioning and messaging into actionable sales and Customer Success resources.
• Work alongside subject matter experts to capture and document best practices.
• Employ AI to optimize content creation, enhance quality, and tailor resources for diverse audiences.
• Maintain a centralized enablement hub for easy access to necessary resources for teams.
• Establish success metrics for enablement programs and monitor progress towards objectives.
• Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually enhance program quality.
• Analyze data on content usage, training completion, and business results to determine effectiveness.
• Use insights to refine enablement programs and showcase ROI.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to grasp business priorities and align enablement programs with key initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to ensure teams are equipped to sell and support new launches.
• Work with Recruiting and HR on onboarding and new hire ramp-up programs.
• Foster strong relationships with team members to gain insight into their needs and challenges.
• Actively seek opportunities to harness AI and automation to enhance enablement workflows and results.
• Test and implement new AI tools for content creation, training delivery, and performance management.
• Share best practices and insights with the broader team to elevate our overall approach to enablement.
• Stay updated on emerging enablement technologies and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) or ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) is preferred.
• Certifications in instructional design or adult learning are preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, customer success enablement, or revenue enablement.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare technology, is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology companies is preferred.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools for content creation, training delivery, or program evaluation is preferred.
• A demonstrated history of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Experience in creating enablement content and learning resources.
• Proven experience in measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of enablement programs.
• Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), LMS platforms, and enablement tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to work with data and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skills in project management and stakeholder management.
• Competence in content creation and documentation.
