Enablement Business Partner, AI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the governance framework for Outreach content, sequences, and AI-driven workflows.

• Create, launch, sustain, and consistently enhance sales sequences in alignment with business priorities and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with Marketing to conduct A/B testing across messaging, target personas, and sequencing strategies.

• Assess performance trends and convert insights into actionable improvements.

• Establish and lead an Outreach steering committee that includes Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Transformation, and other key stakeholders.

• Evaluate AI agents and workflows, collaborating with SOPs and AI Operations teams to define, implement, and assess new solutions.

• Promote field adoption through enablement strategies, stakeholder communications, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

• Define success metrics, track adoption and effectiveness, and link prospecting enhancements to pipeline and revenue results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing AI governance and strategy, deploying AI tools, and creating AI solutions for a go-to-market organization.

• Familiarity with sales tool administration, particularly with AI-integrated tools such as Outreach, Glean, Google AI Studio, Fullstack, N8N, and Salesforce.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a similar role within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.

• Experience managing Outreach, including crafting sequences, maintaining sequence libraries, developing views and dashboards, and analyzing usage and performance metrics.

• Proficiency in change management methodologies, with a proven record of driving tool and process adoption across large organizations.

• Strong analytical capabilities, including designing experiments, interpreting performance data, and pinpointing replicable improvements.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional influencing abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with global Sales Leadership, Marketing, Sales Transformation, and Operations stakeholders.

• Action-oriented with a comfort in fast-paced environments while juggling multiple priorities.

• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies governed by U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
