Employment Solicitor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Providing high-quality, practical employment law guidance, serving as a reliable partner to HR professionals and business executives.

• Offering daily employment law and employee relations advice, identifying issues and presenting clear, commercially viable solutions.

• Overseeing a diverse caseload, including Employment Tribunal litigation from initial instructions to resolution.

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, procedures, and customized documentation tailored to client specifications.

• Assisting clients with intricate projects such as TUPE transfers and large-scale organizational changes.

• Cultivating strong client relationships through regular engagement, including client “surgeries” and strategic discussions.

• Creating and facilitating employment law training sessions, workshops, and webinars.

• Contributing to business growth through articles, social media outreach, and networking initiatives.

• Promoting innovation and ongoing enhancement of services and delivery methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent, with substantial experience in employment law.

• A robust background in both contentious and non-contentious issues, including Tribunal work.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting HR professionals within complex or large organizations.

• A practical, commercially minded approach, with the capability to analyze issues and provide actionable solutions.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to establish credibility and foster lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to work autonomously, managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational abilities, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Interest in providing training, workshops, or webinars.
