Employment Defense Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage administrative responsibilities

• Direct case strategy

• Supervise attorneys and support personnel

• Oversee cases from initiation to conclusion

• Involvement in drafting, depositions, hearings, and trials

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the ABA

• Over 7 years of experience in employment law and litigation

• Active membership with good standing in at least one U.S. bar

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Previous experience at a law firm

• Knowledge of EPLI-covered issues

• Admission to the bar in California, Washington, or Arizona
