Employer Brand Partner – Emerging Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee recruitment marketing initiatives targeting key talent segments in India and other emerging markets, from the planning stage to launch and optimization.

• Customize and implement Aptiv’s employer brand across digital, social, and candidate-facing platforms for local audiences.

• Develop and manage content that showcases Aptiv’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), culture, career opportunities, and employee narratives.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and regional stakeholders to enhance hiring campaigns, events, university engagement, and talent community activation.

• Monitor campaign performance, gather audience insights, and evaluate channel effectiveness to provide recommendations that enhance results over time.

• Reinforce employer brand consistency across job postings, social media, events, and various candidate interaction points.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related discipline.

• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with a background in developing campaigns across digital and social channels.

• Capability to convert brand strategy and market insights into messaging and candidate experiences that resonate on a local level.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, manage competing priorities, and achieve results in a dynamic global environment.

• Experience utilizing data and insights to enhance campaigns, bolster employer brand effectiveness, and improve outcomes.
