Employee Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Primarily tasked with examining internal complaints for the designated client group, ensuring a thorough investigation process that includes coordination, conducting interviews, and maintaining precise and detailed records of the investigatory proceedings.

• Create comprehensive written reports on investigations that clearly outline the issues examined, summarize the evidence, present findings and recommendations, and identify the root cause.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing culture programs that prioritize ethical business practices.

• Collaborate internally with Employee Relations colleagues and leaders, Employment Law, and HR teams as necessary to fulfill responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in supporting Employee Relations initiatives or relevant HR experience is necessary.

• Global HR/ER experience is preferred.

• Experience in conducting and managing human resources or employee relations investigations is essential.

• Capability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal direction and without direct supervision.

• Proficient in researching information and analyzing data to reach valid conclusions, recommendations, and action plans.

• Excellent project management, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

• Strong collaboration, diplomacy, teamwork, and influencing capabilities.

• Ability to manage highly sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.

• Proficient in multitasking and navigating ambiguity.

• A remarkable teammate with a flexible, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.

• Strong skills in technical writing.

• Familiarity with investigative practices, risk management, and employment law.

• A solid understanding of applicable employment laws is required.
