This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
β’ Lead prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into employee concerns.
β’ Provide expert coaching, guidance, and recommendations to HR Business Partners.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for sensitive and escalated employee relations issues.
β’ Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and enhance the employee experience.
β’ Develop and facilitate training sessions for managers and employees on essential topics.
β’ Collaborate closely with our Legal team to ensure compliance with employment laws.
β’ Maintain detailed and confidential records of investigations and employee relations cases.
β’ Assist in the development and refinement of HR policies and procedures.
β’ Over 5 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ At least 3 years specifically focused on employee relations and conducting complex workplace investigations.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations.
β’ Proven ability to manage sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
β’ A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
β’ HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable.
