This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver tailored support to new hires and clients throughout the onboarding journey.
• Set up, adjust, and enhance onboarding workflows in Process Street and other applicable tools.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, and background checks).
• Develop clear and impactful employee communications regarding onboarding and orientation.
• Input and uphold precise employee data across HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities among internal HR, Payroll Engineers, and Benefits Specialists to ensure a smooth experience.
• Act as a point of contact with vendors and clients during the onboarding setup and implementation stages as required.
• Distribute onboarding resources such as manuals, credentials, and policy documents according to client guidelines.
• Address or escalate inquiries from new hires regarding payroll, benefits, or onboarding logistics.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for onboarding workflows.
• Review and update client-specific onboarding documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve system-related onboarding challenges and assist users in addressing platform issues.
• Identify gaps in processes and suggest enhancements to boost onboarding efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor onboarding progress, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and punctually.
• Keep detailed, organized records that comply with standards and client-specific requirements.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned to enhance client satisfaction and support team objectives.
• Minimum of 3 years in HR onboarding, HR operations, or shared service roles supporting U.S.-based employees is preferred.
• Experience in onboarding for remote or multi-state teams.
• Background in HR consulting, outsourcing, PEO, or experience working with U.S. clients in a global support capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline is preferred (though not mandatory).
