• Oversees occupational health requirements for all new employees and existing staff.
• Ensures accurate tracking and documentation of all health-related requirements.
• Serves as a liaison to facilitate prompt treatment and recovery.
• Creates return-to-work plans for employees recuperating from illness or injury.
• Provides support in auditing-related activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Occupational Health, Public Health, or a related discipline, or 4 years of pertinent work experience.
• Preferred certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or a similar credential.
• At least 5 years of experience in employee health, occupational health, or a related sector.
• Coordination of health programs.
• Assistance with auditing-related functions.
• Responsibility for OSHA reporting.
• Coordination of health and safety training sessions.
