This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure a captivating Day One experience for new employees
• Collaborate with the HR team to handle New Hire inquiries
• Maintain and update shared spreadsheets and tickets
• Work alongside teams to implement process enhancements
• Serve as a liaison between teams for meetings and documentation
• Support newly onboarded users for a seamless transition
• 2-5 years of experience in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding documentation abilities (including SOPs and end-user manuals)
• Proficient in Excel and tracking methodologies
• Strong technical aptitude
• Proficient with technological tools such as ADManager, Endpoint Central, Azure, Microsoft Entra, and Power BI
• Superior writing and proofreading capabilities
• Strong work ethic and a keen sense of intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness and capability to innovate and enhance existing processes
