Employee Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Maintain precise and current employee records in HRIS systems for both Canadian and US personnel.

β€’ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, which includes documentation, system configuration, and overall onboarding coordination.

β€’ Prepare HR documentation, such as employee verification letters and policy updates.

β€’ Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

β€’ Ensure the company adheres to federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations, along with recommended best practices; review policies and practices to ensure compliance in Canada and the US.

β€’ Aid in audits and reporting obligations.

β€’ Track and manage work authorizations and visas.

β€’ Process payroll for both the US and Canada, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

β€’ Register in required Provinces and States.

β€’ Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes.

β€’ Serve as a liaison with benefits providers in Canada and the US.

β€’ Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

β€’ Help coordinate HR-related events.

β€’ Foster an inclusive culture across various countries.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

β€’ Experience in employee relations.

β€’ Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.

β€’ Familiarity with a broad range of human resource practices, including compliance, leave management, benefits management, and vendor relationships.

β€’ Ideally possess strong knowledge of HR practices in both Canada and the US.

β€’ Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

β€’ Solid time management skills and a strong capability to prioritize tasks effectively.

β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, and entrepreneurial environment.
