This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Provide captivating financial education to participants through various channels, including in-person sessions, webinars, and digital communications.
• Aid in the execution of workplace financial wellness initiatives in collaboration with plan sponsors and HR teams.
• Act as a point of contact for participant inquiries and follow-ups, assisting individuals in connecting with additional guidance or advisory support when necessary.
• Work closely with Employee Engagement team members, Retirement Plan Consultants, and Wealth Advisors to achieve regional objectives.
• Contribute to national Financial Education & Guidance (FE&G) initiatives and incorporate best practices into local implementation.
• Ensure accurate activity tracking and documentation using CRM platforms.
• Collect participant feedback and sponsor insights to guide modifications to educational content or delivery methods.
• Help monitor engagement metrics and referral outcomes, supporting transparency to internal stakeholders and plan sponsors.
• Keep abreast of financial education trends and tools to improve participant engagement.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA regulations and fiduciary best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated discipline in maintaining client information in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Proven ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced business and technology environment.
• Lifelong learner mentality, capable of embracing new solutions and understanding the implications of new laws for prospective clients.
• Must ensure the confidentiality of highly sensitive client information, including personnel and financial data.
• Regular and consistent attendance is mandatory.
• Business travel to local sites is required 50% to 75% of the time.
