• Adherence to the company’s sales quality standards at all times, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate closely with your line manager and team to enhance the customer proposition for SME clients.
• Achieve high-quality customer outcomes as evaluated by the company’s business standards monitoring.
• Efficiently manage relationships with providers to ensure high-quality results for both clients and the business.
• Negotiate effectively with the holding insurer and alternative insurers to secure favorable outcomes for customers based on their needs.
• Experience in the financial services sector is essential.
• Proven experience in building relationships with insurers/providers, clients, and account managers.
• A minimum of Cert CII or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully on behalf of customers to achieve new business and renewal targets.
• Strong numeracy and literacy capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Friendly and professional telephone demeanor.
• A customer-focused approach, both internally and externally, when interacting with colleagues and distribution partners.
• Well-organized and capable of managing pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, while also working independently when required.
