This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively while prioritizing the client's best interests.
• Creating new business opportunities through company leads, networking, referrals, and phone calls.
• Conducting meetings with employers to tailor programs that address their benefits requirements.
• Engaging and enrolling interested employees in various plans.
• Providing continuous service to employer clients through ongoing consultations on new benefits options, current benefits trends, ACA updates, and more.
• Proficiency in presenting to both small and large groups.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of thriving in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must hold a Life and Health License or be willing to obtain one.
• Possession of CLU, ChFC, CFP designations or a desire to pursue industry designations with company support to enhance subject matter expertise.
