This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with the current administration team to assist our Employee Benefits Consultants.
• Engage closely with clients and insurers.
• Obtain quotations from the leading group risk and health insurers in the UK.
• Compile client-facing reports that highlight our market research findings.
• Assist with scheme underwriting by coordinating with clients and insurers.
• Aid in scheme claims by working with clients and insurers.
• Support Consultants in processing new business and renewals to adhere to deadlines.
• Create suitability letters for clients outlining our recommendations.
• Migrate client file information for external compliance audits.
• Perform general administrative tasks and respond to ad hoc client inquiries.
• Manage incoming group phone calls.
• Proven experience as an administrator in an employee benefits consultancy or financial services provider.
• Familiarity with group health and risk insurance.
• Knowledge of group pensions.
• A negotiable base salary.
