📋 Description

• Drive annual growth planning, ensuring consistent structured interactions, fostering accountability, and translating growth strategies into actionable steps.

• Assist in focus-state initiatives, trade-area strategies, market development plans, asset evolution, and readiness for new unit growth.

• Collaborate with Field Marketing to devise and implement local and hyperlocal store marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Guarantee that Grand Opening requirements are fulfilled for community launches.

• Aid in leadership development, onboarding processes, succession planning, and organizational preparedness as an extension of Field Training and NRO teams.

• Enhance operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput, and overall business performance.

• Act as the central connection point between Franchisee, Marketing, and Real Estate.

• Foster sustainable and profitable growth for Dunkin’ in new and emerging markets.

• Assist franchisees in creating and capturing demand, improving operational readiness, and speeding up market maturity.

• Success is gauged by AWS growth, transaction growth, development readiness, market penetration progress, new store performance, and franchisee accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

• Over 7 years of experience in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development, or marketing.

• Expertise in strategic growth planning.

• Experience in franchisee coaching.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.

• Proficient in analytics.

• Solid business acumen.

• Effective communication skills.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Knowledge in market development.

• Preferred experience in franchise consulting and restaurant leadership.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
